Standard BHV Flat Oval Fitting construction is lapped, spotwelded
and sealed, or continuously welded. For additional
construction information or specialized requirements please contact
us. Special fittings are available on request.
A flat oval duct can be designed to replace any round duct. In an
easy bend, the duct is turned about its minor axis and in a hard
bend it is turned about its major axis.
BHV Flat Oval Fittings are available in configurations similar to
our round fittings as shown on the following pages. Flat oval duct
is for positive pressure applications only unless special designs
are used.
